In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Market Act, the Companies Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Ilirija d.d. Biograd na Moru, (hereinafter. the Company) informs that on 27th May 2021 the telephone meeting of the Supervisory Bord of the Company has been held.
At the meeting held, the Supervisory Bord gave consent to the Company´s Managment Bord to conclude the Loan agreement for permanent working capital and Short-term credit line agreement with Erste&Steiermarkische Bank d.d.
