ZAGREB, 26 May (Hina) - After in December 2020 EU leaders managed after great effort to agree on the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 55% by 2030 in relation to 1990, agreement on how to apportion the burden of meeting that goal will be even more difficult to achieve, shows a debate between member-states on Tuesday.
