Pursuant to the provisions of the Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), and the Article 120 of the Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that Mrs. Martina Dalić, President of the Management Board, on May 19th 2021 acquired 200 ordinary shares of the Company by trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange.
