Pursuant to the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Sunce hoteli d.d., Trpinjska 9, Zagreb, OIB: 06916431329 ("Sunce" or the "Company"), hereby announces that Mr. Kristijan Gagulić resigned on April 26, 2021 as a member of the Management Board. The resignation takes effect today.
In accordance with the Articles of Association, the Company continues to be managed by Mr. Hrvoje Veselko as President and Mr. Ivan Potkrajčić as a member of the Management Board.
