ZAGREB, 15 March (Hina) - Croatian towns are increasingly efficient in absorbing EU funds, with the southern town of Vrlika absorbing the largest amount, of HRK 5,719 per capita, in 2019 while the greatest absolute increase compared to 2018 was recorded by the eastern town of Beli Manastir, the Gradonačelnik.hr web portal reported on Monday.
