Pursuant to Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, GRANOLIO d.d., Zagreb, Budmanijeva 5, OIB:59064993527, MBS: 080111595, company entered into the Court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), hereby announces to the public that in the 4Q2020, pursuant to the Agreement with the company MP ONE d.o.o., part of the Company's debt in the amount of 156.860.742,56 kn was written off.
This notification was delivered to the Officially appointed mechanism for the central storage of regulated information of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency – HANFA, Zagreb Stock Exchange, Croatian News Agency - HinaOTS and it is available on the Company web site www.granolio.hr.
