Pursuant to the Capital Market Act and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, GRANOLIO d.d., Zagreb, Budmanijeva 5, OIB:59064993527, MBS: 080111595, company entered into the Court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), hereby announces that, due to current circumstances in the Republic of Croatia related to COVID-19 disease and protection measures defined by the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia, the session of the Supervisory Board on which the schedule of the Supervisory Board sessions in 2021 is to be established, will be held on December 18, 2020, instead on December 10, 2020 as previously announced.
