Šibenik, in Šibenik, Obala Palih Omladinaca 5b known as "ex Peškarija".
The size of the apartment is 88,63 m², 1st floor, consisting of an entrance hallway, kitchen and living room ant two en-suite bedrooms.
The purchase price of the apartment together with belonging exterior area is 569.000 EUR VAT included.
