ZAGREB, Aug 30 (Hina) - Croatia has managed to establish the fate of 82% of those who went missing in the Homeland War, while there are still 1,869 people unaccounted-for since the war, and it is our obligation to find information on their destiny, Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said on Sunday.
