We hereby notify you as the Issuer, which is listed at the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d., that we have submitted all the prescribed documentation or documents to the competent regulators as following: the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) and the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) in the Official Gazette of the Regulated Information (SRPI), according to the relevant articles of the Stock Exchange Rules and the Capital Market Act, with respect to the financial statements confirmed by the Management Board and accepted by the Supervisory Board at their meetings held on 31 July 2020 which relate to the unaudited separate and consolidated financial statements for the second quarter of 2020.
