JADRAN d.d., Crikvenica, Bana Jelačića 16, PIN: 56994999963 (hereinafter referred to as: „Issuer“) hereby informs that due to a number of activities undertaken in the process of completing the prebankruptcy settlement procedure and integration of Club Adriatic d.o.o. in the Group, as well as the operating restrictions resulting from the measures imposed to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company will not be able to publish its consolidated financial statement by 30 June 2020 and plans to publish them by the end of July 2020.
