Along with Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic, Aladrovic attended the summit with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, European Council President Charles Michel and the social partners - employers and trade unions from the EU.
The meeting also involved the labour ministers from the next two presidents of the EU - Germany, which assumes the six-month rotating presidency from Croatia on July 1, and Portugal, which will hold the presidency in the first half of 2021.
"The fight against the pandemic was at the centre of discussion from the point of view of labour relations and the recovery, and the strategy for recovery from the crisis," Aladrovic said.
An agreement on digitalisation between the social partners was reached at the summit.
Aladrovic said that the Croatian presidency was rated as absolutely positive, and that the Croatian officials wished their German colleagues all the best during their presidency.
