ZAGREB, May 12 (Hina) - The Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld a conviction of a war-time commander of a reconnaissance company, Josip Krmpotic, who was sentenced to three years in prison for arson and destruction of homes in Serb villages in the 1993 Medak Pocket liberation operation, but was acquitted of murdering POWs.
