"In the past 24 hours in Croatia we have 40 new COVID-19 positive patients, which means a total of 1,222 patients," Health Minister Vili Beros told reporters.
To date 11,464 tests have been conducted, of which 617 were done in the past 24 hours.
"Unfortunately, we have one more person who has died in the Infectious Diseases Hospital. It is a middle-aged man who did not have any other previous illnesses," Beros said.
He also said that 36 patients are on respirators, which is two fewer than yesterday.
"There are 372 hospitalised patients and 130 people have recovered, which is five more than yesterday," concluded Beros.
