The situation with the Corona virus in the Republic of Croatia and throughout Europe is affecting the current operations of Adriatic d.d. as well as business activity forecasts for the near future.
For now, Jadran d.d. is operating in accordance with the existing circumstances. Increased sanitary measures for the self-protection of employees and guests are being taken. In case of further restrictive measures, pursuant to the nature of their jobs, some of the employees will be permitted to work from home. All of the Company's hotels will be closed by March 27, 2020, and decisions on the seasonal opening of the hotels will be tied to the development of the market situation, or measures that will be taken by the National Headquarters for Civil Protection of the Republic of Croatia.
It is difficult to estimate the future course of events surrounding the spread of the infection and the movement of guests.
We will regularly report all business and financial events that have or will have an impact on our business results to the investment public in accordance with the rules.
