ZAGREB, Feb 21 (Hina) - The latest data indicates that there are 120,000 fewer workers in Croatia than there were in 2000 benefiting from collective agreements, and the SSSH union federation is appealing to the government to stop appeasing demands by employers and to create a stimulating legislative framework for collective bargaining.
