According to the Decision on the Pre-Bankruptcy Settlement and paying off the claims category (h), the Claims on the basis of commercial papers issued by the Debtor, a part of which was paid off by refinancing through issuing bonds, Dalekovod d.d. paid off the interests of the security no. DLKVO-302E on 14 February, in the amount of 0,0350922718 EUR per bond, i.e. according to the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank 7,456065 HRK / 1 EUR on 14 February 2020, which equals 0,261650260 HRK per bond, and the amount of the due principal of the security no DLKVO-302E in the amount of 0,065051456 EUR per bond, i.e. according to the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank 7,456065 HRK / 1 EUR on 14 February 2020, which equals 0,485027884 HRK per bond.
Dalekovod jsc. also paid off the interests of the security no. DLKV-O-302A on 14 February 2020, in the amount of 0,0350922718 HRK per bond, and the due principal of the security no. DLKV-O-302A in the amount of 0,065051456 HRK per bond.
Thereby, Dalekovod d.d. reduced its debt on the basis of issued bonds by 2.54 million HRK.
