ZAGREB, Jan 16 (Hina) - Human Rights Watch has criticised Bosnia and Herzegovina's authorities for a slowing down in the prosecution of war crimes in 2019, and sees as the biggest problem the failure to adopt a revised strategy for working on those cases, on which the Council of Ministers has not been able to agree for almost two years.
