A special lottery was put on sale from October 28 to December 26 and all the proceeds were earmarked for the Oncology Clinic at the KBC in an effort to improve care for oncology patients.
The cooperation between HL and KBC was concluded with the official presentation of a symbolic cheque for HRK 220,000 to the hospital's director, Dr. Ante Corusic.
HL CEO Mario Musa underscored that last year HL paid HRK 100 million into the state budget for various socially beneficial projects. He recalled that the HL sponsored the most important cultural, artistic, sports and charity events in the country like the Sinjska Alka race and the Vinkovci Autumn Festival. The HL occasionally organises special lotteries and all the proceeds are directly donated for a particular charity, said Musa.
