ZAGREB, Dec 22 (Hina) - Former prime minister Zoran Milanovic of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) emerged as the relative winner of the Croatian presidential election on Sunday, winning 29.54% of votes, while the incumbent president Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, backed by the ruling Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), finished second with 26.67%, the State Electoral Commission said after counting 99.4% of ballots.
