ZAGREB, Dec 4 (Hina) - The U.S. Special Representative for the Western Balkans, Matthew Palmer, and a group of western diplomats accredited in Bosnia and Herzegovina on Wednesday called on HDZ BiH party leader Dragan Covic and Party of Democratic Action (SDA) leader Bakir Izetbegovic to urgently find a solution to enable the organisation of local elections in the southern city of Mostar.
