ZAGREB, Nov 27 (Hina) - The secretary-general of the Independent Union of Research and Higher Education Employees of Croatia, Vilim Ribic, said on Wednesday that the job complexity index was more important to unions as it was more stable but that the government had offered a wage increase that was close to what striking education-sector workers would get if their job complexity index increased by 6.11%.
