ZAGREB, Nov 15 (Hina) - In an interview with the Hrvatska Rijec weekly, Croatia's Ambassador to Serbia Gordan Bakota said the dialogue between government bodies in the two countries existed but that relations are burdened by Serbia's not meeting its obligations toward the Croat minority and by its honouring, instead of condemning, Serbian war criminals for crimes committed in Croatia during the 1990s war.
