ZAGREB, Nov 13 (Hina) - The Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) on Wednesday rejected calls by the Bosnian Serb parliament for a review of decisions based on which the state structure of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) was established after the 1992-1995 war and told the authorities in Banja Luka that they could not seek sovereignty because the existence of Republika Srpska (RS) solely depended on the existence of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a state.
