ZAGREB, Nov 12 (Hina) - The president of the HVIDRA disabled war veterans association's Main Committee, Josip Perisa, on Tuesday condemned the decision by the Zagreb County Prosecutor's Office to dismiss 13 criminal complaints filed against Independent Democratic Serb Party (SDSS) leader Milorad Pupovac, whom war veterans associations had reported for spreading hate speech and disparaging Croatia, and he described the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor (DORH) as "a Bolshevik and Yugoslav hotbed".
