ZAGREB, Nov 1 (Hina) - Vukovar municipal office of the Chief State Prosecutor has decided not to proceed with the case of Marijan Zivkovic, the father of two soldiers killed in the defence of Croatia, who was charged with smashing Latin-Cyrillic signs on the building of the Vukovar police station in September 2013.
