ZAGREB, Oct 23 (Hina) - Croatian Supreme Court President Djuro Sessa presented reports to Parliament on Wednesday on the state of the judiciary in 2018 and 2017, saying that the backlog of cases was steadily decreasing, but expressed concern about the influx of new cases which were coming in at a rate of about a million annually.
