ZAGREB, Oct 16 (Hina) - The ruling Croatian Democratic Union's (HDZ) whip, Branko Bacic, said on Wednesday that by announcing a wage increase the government and Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic were not capitulating to trade unions but rather maintained the position they had had from the first day, while teachers' unions were acting as politicasters.
