ZAGREB, Oct 11 (Hina) - The rise of populism, slowing down of enlargement and lack of investment are potential threats to European Union security, Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic said in Athens on Friday, calling on partners and allies to help Southeast Europe make the EU safer.
