ZAGREB, July 21 (Hina) - As many as 30,561 secondary school students sat matriculation exams in June, and 9.4% of students who attended grammar school education failed those finals, which is the highest percentage of failure at final exams, according to findings presented recently by the National Centre for the External Evaluation of Education (NCVVO).
