ZAGREB, July 9 (Hina) - A South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) summit began on Jahorina mountain near Sarajevo on Tuesday, with the heads of five of the 13 member states attending, including Ilir Meta of Albania, who arrived in the Bosnian capital on Monday night, despite announcements that his country would boycott the meeting.
