Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital market Act and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we are hereby informing the public as follows:
INSTITUT IGH d.d., with registered office in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, VAT no: OIB 79766124714 („the Issuer“), together with the Romanian construction company Constructii, has been selected as the nominated consultant, to design and complete the construction of 26 km of the new motorway on the section 3C: Suplacu de Barcău – Borș of the Brașov – Târgu Mureș – Cluj – Oradea Motorway.
The Client is the Romanian National Company of Road Infrastructure Administration (CNAIR – Compania Nationala de Administrare a Infrastructurii Rutiere), and the Project is mostly funded from EU Funds. Overall project value is 76,4 million Euro and the contract value for IGH amounts to 3,43 million Euro.
The contract is expected to be signed after the expiry of a 10 day appeal period and Contract implementation is expected to start during the summer. The design period is 6 months and construction period is 24 months.
