ZAGREB, June 6 (Hina) - The Croatian government on Thursday forwarded to the parliament a pardons bill which proposes that the Justice Ministry set up a seven-member pardons commission with a four-year term to adopt reasoned opinions and pardon proposals to be forwarded to the president of the republic, who grants pardons.
