ZAGREB, May 22 (Hina) - Osijek County Court on Wednesday did not uphold an indictment against MP Franjo Lucic of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) who was charged with attempting to bribe Drago Hedl, a reporter for the Telegram news portal after the hearing was suspended when the court ruled that a transcript of a telephone conversation between Lucic and Hedl was inadmissible, the court has informed.
