ZAGREB, May 17 (Hina) - Finance Minister Zdravko Maric said on Friday that the launching of bankruptcy proceedings for Uljanik d.d., the umbrella company of the Uljanik shipbuilding group, did not necessarily mean an end to production and jobs, adding that so far the state had paid HRK 3.1 billion in enforced guarantees for vessels commissioned from the Uljanik group and that an additional 1.5 billion was to be paid, which put the total amount of guarantees for the group at around HRK 4.5 billion.
