ZAGREB, May 8 (Hina) - The Court of Justice of the European Union has ruled that Croatia did not comply with obligations from the European waste directive, including on ensuring the protection of people's health and the environment, because of a dump site with 140,000 tonnes of dross at Biljane Donje near Zadar.
