ZAGREB, April 29 (Hina) - A referendum on scrapping the government's proposal to extend the statutory retirement age to 67 years, which is being advocated by the trade unions, will not help resolve the problems of the pension system, the Croatian Employers' Association (HUP) said on Monday, urging the unions and politicians to discuss the pension reform responsibly, without populist rhetoric.
