ZAGREB, April 27 (Hina) - The top candidate of the non-parliamentary party called Pametno (Smart) for the European Parliament elections, Ivica Puljak, said in Osijek on Saturday that contrary to those who scared citizens by the European Union, he considered the Union to be an excellent place to live and added that the means absorbed from the EU funds should be used for development rather than for social transfers.
