ZAGREB, March 28 (Hina) - Labour and Pension System Minister Marko Pavic said after a government session on Thursday that if bankruptcy proceedings were launched against the Uljanik and 3. Maj shipyards, protective mechanisms for their workers would be activated, including unemployment benefits, the right to a minimum of three monthly wages, severance packages and rights from the collective agreement.
