ZAGREB, March 22 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said on Friday the submission of numerous amendments to a bill on the financing of political activities, electoral promotion and referendums was filibustering and that the government stood behind the bill "300%" as it was reasonable and it corrected an anomaly from the current law.
