ZAGREB, March 8 (Hina) - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has called an emergency meeting of the National Security Council for Friday morning after Kosovo's parliament earlier on Thursday adopted a negotiating platform for dialogue with Belgrade the key demands of which are recognition of Kosovo within the existing borders and annulment of UN Resolution 1244 which guarantees Serbia's territorial integrity.
