In the meeting held on 11 February, 2019 the Supervisory Board of Jadran d.d. unanimously adopted the following Decisions:
1. Issuance of prior approval to the company’s Chairman of the Board Mr. Goran Fabris for appointment to the Management Board of CLUB ADRIATIC d.o.o.
2. Issuance of prior approval to the company’s Chairman of the Board Mr. Goran Fabris as per Article 41, paragraph 3 in connection with Art. 49 of the Companies Act, authorising him to act as a duly authorised signatory representing CLUB ADRIATIC d.o.o. and to enter into contracts with the company JADRAN d.d.
