STOCKHOLM, May 18 (Hina) - A delegation of the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sport and three faculties of the University of Zagreb -- of Political Science, Medicine and Philosophy -- is on a working visit to Sweden from 18 to 20 May. On Thursday the delegation, led by Assistant Minister Radovan Fuchs, met the Swedish State Secretary of Science and Higher Education, Kerstin Eliasson.
STOCKHOLM, May 18 (Hina) - A delegation of the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sport and three faculties of the University of Zagreb -- of Political Science, Medicine and Philosophy -- is on a working visit to Sweden from 18 to 20 May. On Thursday the delegation, led by Assistant Minister Radovan Fuchs, met the Swedish State Secretary of Science and Higher Education, Kerstin Eliasson.

Sweden expressed its readiness to cooperate more closely with Croatia in science and education, particularly through connecting universities and providing technical support in strengthening the higher education quality control system in Croatia.

Croatia asked Sweden for assistance in promoting the work of the National Agency for Science and Higher Education and in creating a data base for reviewers of scientific projects.
