BRUSSELS, Sept 15 (Hina) - EU ministers of the interior on Monday failed to agree on a quota plan to share the burden of the current migrant crisis, but they did agree in principle on the distribution of 120,000 migrants while more concrete details of the agreement will be discussed again at the next regular ministerial meeting in Luxembourg on October 8.
