LJUBLJANA, June 20
(Hina) - The Slovenian government was acquainted
on Thursday with a report on the risks of the sale of the Mercator
retail chain to Croatia's Agrokor, saying that in this deal the
shareholders selling their stakes in Mercator should take into account
the broader economic aspects and the consequences on employees and
suppliers.
