ZAGREB, March 24
(Hina) - The number of citizens with frozen bank
accounts in early 2014 rose to 310,000 and their total debt reached
24.5 billion kuna, an association of citizens with frozen bank
accounts called "Blokirani" (The Frozen) said on Monday, announcing
that it would ask the Constitutional Court to establish if the
Distraint Act was in line with the Constitution.
