ZAGREB, Jan 15
(Hina) - Anto Nobilo, the lawyer for former Yugoslav
and Croatian secret service chiefs Josip Perkovic and Zdravko Mustac,
told Hina on Tuesday evening that he had received an affidavit from
former Yugoslav secret service (UDBA) operative Vinko Sindicic in
which he said that he had given false testimony before a German court
in the case of the 1983 murder of Croatian dissident Stjepan
Djurekovic.
