SCG returns 48 registers of births, marriages, deaths taken during war

ZAGREB, Dec 2 (Hina) - Serbia and Montenegro (SCG) Minister for Human and Minority Rights Rasim Ljajic on Friday handed Croatian Justice Minister Vesna Skare-Ozbolt 48 registers of births, marriages and deaths from Gracac municipality.

Handing over the books in Zagreb, Ljajic said, "We wish to step up the reconciliation process in the region".

Skare-Ozbolt thanked the minister for everything he had done so far to return registers taken away during the 1990s war.
