Biscevic and Hilale stressed the importance of Euro-Mediterranean dialogue and the Barcelona process and exchanged views on the situation in their respective regions and cooperation in international forums and organisations.
The two secretaries signed an agreement on cooperation between the diplomatic academies of the Republic of Croatia and the Kingdom of Morocco.
Biscevic also met Foreign Trade Minister Mustapha Mechahouri and invited him to visit Croatia with a Moroccan business delegation, when the two countries were supposed to sign an agreement on double taxation avoidance and an agreement on cooperation in tourism.
The two officials agreed that Croatia and Morocco should promote direct economic cooperation, and Mechahouri called on Croatian companies to join in plans for the accelerated development and construction of infrastructure in his country.
